Our established gas safety services are designed to ensure you meet your legal obligations as a landlord. You are not only protecting yourself but protecting your tenants with as little fuss as possible.

You are legally obligated to get a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate and do annual safety checks if you are a UK landlord with gas appliances and fittings including central heating, boilers and flues.

Our gas safety check involves a certified engineer inspecting your gas fuelled appliances and central heating systems. The engineer will check that the appliances are working properly, with the correct operating pressure. They also perform full ventilation and systems checks to ensure that appliances are safe to use making sure you are meeting your regulations. The gas safety certificate is then emailed the same day.

You must keep a record of the safety check for two years to supply new tenants with a copy of the certificate before they move in within 28 days of completing a new check.

If a tenant supplies their own gas appliances, you will be responsible for its installation, parts and pipework but not the appliance itself.
